At Glitch & Grin, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 20 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • In the original packaging

How to Start a Return Email us at glitch_and_grin@proton.me with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24–48 hours with next steps.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges We offer exchanges for different sizes or items of equal value, subject to availability. Contact us at glitch_and_grin@proton.me to request an exchange.

Non-Returnable Items Final sale items, gift cards, and items marked as non-returnable cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
