Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
- Express Shipping: 2–3 business days — Rate calculated at checkout
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also visit our Track Your Order page on our website.
Shipping Delays Occasionally, delays may occur due to high demand, weather conditions, or carrier issues. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at glitch_and_grin@proton.me and we'll look into it right away.
Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Glitch & Grin is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
